Version 1.0

September 1, 2026

The first public release.

The program

Run the four-week wave on Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press, with warmups, main work, and AMRAP sets calculated from your training max. Finish a cycle and the app advances your training maxes for the next one.

Build full programs, not just workouts: Leader cycles, the 7th Week Protocol, and Anchor cycles, from a catalogue of twenty-five templates including Boring But Big, First Set Last, Triumvirate, Leviathan, and Widowmakers.

Starting out

A guided wizard finds safe starting numbers from a set you have actually lifted, or from nothing at all. Plain-language explanations appear the first time you meet a term, then get out of the way. Lifting Basics covers warmups, plate loading, and rest.

In the gym

Every set shows exactly which plates to load, per side. Tell the app which plates your gym has and it works out the closest weight you can really build. Accessory lifts remember the weight you used last time. The rest timer runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

On the wrist

The watchOS companion mirrors an active workout — set tracking, rest timer, and an AMRAP rep counter on the Digital Crown. Start on iPhone and finish on watch.

Your history

Every workout, every set, plate breakdowns, AMRAP performance, estimated 1RM trends, and total volume. Workouts are written to Apple Health if you allow it. Eighty-six achievements, most of them hidden until you find them.
