7th Week Protocol
After your last Leader cycle, before you start Anchor, you run a 7th Week Protocol — a single training week meant to recalibrate.
Three options, picked at program build (you can switch the day-of):
- Deload — work up to one fast single at TM (70/80/90/100%). Recovery week. The default if you're cooked.
- TM Test — work up to your Training Max and rep it out. 5+ reps means you can bump TM; 3–4 hold; 1–2 drop 10%.
- PR Attempt — warm up through 90% and try a true 1RM. For lifters who want to re-anchor on actual peak strength.
Why "7th week"? Wendler's Forever-era math: 2 Leader cycles × 3 weeks = 6 weeks of work, then week 7 is the protocol.
If your Leader cycles include internal deloads it'll land later — same idea, different week count.
Cycle complete → unlock Anchor.
